My experience has allowed me to build:

Large shopping centers:

The Plant in San Jose, Ca. and the Streets of Brentwood in Brentwood, Ca.

Medical buildings:

Such as medical office buildings with surgical rooms in the Roseville Sutter complex.

Big box retail:

Targets, KOHLS, Staples throughout California

Supermarkets:

Ralphs, Safeway and Raleys

Hotels:

Aloft, Hyatt, Extended Stay, Lodge Works

I have built buildings of steel, poured in place and stick-frames. These have gone from single story to mid-rise of 9 stories. Some of these projects have had very tight restraints such as building a hotel on ¾ of an acre with underground parking on one of Cupertino’s busiest streets, and without a staging area. I have worked with some of the most difficult building departments in California, and have a very good understanding of California’s Green requirements and Leed Certifications.

Because of this experience I am qualified to provide accurate schedules, valued engineering, and precise budgets.

All projects have problems and issues to resolve. Working with teams to come up with innovated ways to get buildings done on schedule and on budget – stressing calm to remain clear headed as we work through the various problems – has allowed us to keep the goal in mind.

Through all these projects – I have built lasting friendships with architects, engineers, sub-contractors and owners.
